Refund and Cancellation

Thank You for Your Purchase
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Zadora we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 7 working days of receipt by you.
RETURNS
Return Window:  All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the courier's receipt date.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
Preparing a Return: To return an item, please email customer service at support@zadora.in
Sending the Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging along with the Invoice.
REFUNDS
Processing: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 3-5 working days from the receipt of your item to process. You will be notified via email once your refund /exchange has been processed.
EXCHANGES
We’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all the original tags and labels. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 7 days of receipt by you.
EXCEPTIONS
Defective/Damaged Products: For defective or damaged products, please contact customer service to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note:
Final Sale Items: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchange.
Used Products: Used products will not be accepted for return/exchange.
Return Initiation: Returns not initiated within 7 working days will not be eligible for reverse pickup.
